Please arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes early.
Prepaid Bookings
The staff will always wait for customers, no matter how late guests are arrived. The bookings cannot be canceled and no refund available, if late arrivals are inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened to keep on schedule, and the original treatment time will be charged. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper.
Unpaid Bookings (phone bookings)
The staff will not wait for customers if there is a late arrive to remain other clients’ schedule. Please make sure arrive at least 5mins early before the bookings. Limit time periods of unpaid bookings: 9am to 12pm; 3pm- 9pm.
